Terms of Use

1. Complimentary meeting hours must be used on the day of the reservation. They are non-transferable, non-cumulative, and may not be deferred to another date.

2. Promotional offers are valid only with full payment made at the time of contract signing.In the event of any postponement or cancellation, complimentary hours will be forfeited and cannot be extended, exchanged for other offers, or refunded in cash.

All changes are subject to the policies outlined on Page 2 of the official  quotation.

3. The NT$300 gift voucher is valid for use on your next booking only, with a maximum accumulation of NT$600 in vouchers per transaction.

Valid until June 30, 2026.

Vouchers will be void after the expiry date.Redemption requires physical voucher presentation.

Vouchers may be used by companies other than the original booking party. Only one voucher may be applied per booking.

4. Offers and promotions may not be combined or used concurrently.

5. Referral gifts will be issued to the referrer after the end of the campaign, upon notification from our center and with in-person collection.
