1. 1 year contract: get additional 2 months free.
2. 2 year contract: NT$2,500 per month (tax included) (general industries).
3. 5 year contract: NT$2,200 per month (tax included) (general industries).

1. Plans A and B are tax-exclusive prices.
2. The full rental fee and deposit must be paid in full at the time of signing the contract.
3. The business center’s main representative telephone number is not available for clients to use on business cards or for external contact information.
4. Mail may only be received under the company name. Clients will be notified after mail is received.
(Regular mail and time-sensitive mail will be notified collectively every Friday.Registered mail, express deliveries, and parcels will be notified immediately upon receipt.)
Clients may choose to pick up the mail in person or prepay postage for forwarding, which will be sent to the address specified in the contract.

Q：Is there additional cost for Virtual Office service?
A：Virtual Office service is included in our package deal for private office at no extra cost.
Q：Why is it better to register a company address at a business center rather than a residential address?
A：If a residential address is registered as a company address, the house tax and land value tax will increase from the self-use rate to the commercial rate. In addition, considering corporate image, registering the address in a commercial district can help enhance the company’s scale perception and business reputation.
